What makes Konn different from a traditional architect or contractor?

Traditional builds require you to hire an architect, find a contractor, and manage suppliers,leading to miscommunication and budget overruns. Konn is a single, unified team that handles design, pricing, and construction under one roof. We guarantee the price and the final result.

Where does Konn build?

We currently design and build residential projects across Jordan, with a focus on Amman and surrounding areas.

Do I need to own land before contacting Konn?

Yes. Our DesignFit and ArchDesign services are specifically tailored to the topography, zoning, and orientation of your specific plot of land.

What is DesignFit and why is it required?

DesignFit (300 JOD) is our preliminary assessment. Before you spend thousands on a full architectural design, DesignFit tells you exactly what can be built on your land, provides 2D layouts, and gives a reliable cost range. It's the smartest way to start.

Do you work with existing architectural designs?

Yes. Through Konnification, we adapt your architect's design to fit the Konn engineering system, then build it through the standard Konn process. See /konnify for how it works.

How do I know whether DesignFit or Konnification is right for me?

If you have land but no design yet, start with DesignFit. Our architects design floor layouts for your land. If you already have an architectural design from another architect, start with Konnification. We adapt it to the Konn system. Both are 300 JOD, both are 10-day studies, both lead to the same construction process.

Is the ArchDesign fee really deductible?

Yes. The 4,000 JOD ArchDesign fee pays for full 3D architectural and interior design. If you proceed to build the home with us, that entire 4,000 JOD is deducted from your final construction contract.

Can you guarantee the construction price?

Yes. Once the ArchDesign phase is complete, we provide a fixed construction quote. Because we manage our own supply chain and construction teams, we absorb the risk of cost overruns, not you.

How long does it take to build a Konn home?

This depends heavily on the size of the home and permitting timelines. Generally, the design phases take 2-3 months, and construction takes 6-9 months post-permit.
