All DesignFit orders are non-refundable. Site survey coordination and architectural assessment work begins immediately upon order confirmation. No refunds are issued once an order is placed.

DesignFit orders cannot be cancelled after submission. Site survey and design work are initiated immediately upon order confirmation.

The location of the land or the project cannot be changed during the provision of the service. Any change in location is treated as a new order and is subject to separate fees.

Service: DesignFit, Architectural Feasibility Report

Delivery method: Digital delivery via WhatsApp and email. All deliverables (including floor layouts, site plan, topography assessment, zoning review, cost range, and recommended next steps) are sent as PDF documents to the contact details provided at the time of order.

Delivery timeline: Within 10 days from the date your requirements are confirmed by your dedicated Konn architect.

Delivery confirmation: You will receive a notification via WhatsApp and email when your report is ready. You can track the progress of your order at any time using the status link provided in your welcome message.
